Vietnamese Bistro Cocktails

The Mekong – A Vietnamese inspired cocktail made with gin, tangerine juice, fresh mint, honey, cinnamon and lime juice. $12

Indochine –  Champagne cocktail, reminiscent of French Colonial Vietnam. Made with brandy, fresh mint and an infustion of honey, elderflower, cinnamon and topped with champagne. $9

The Doctor – Inspired by Dr. Phong. Made with vodka, lynchee, zinfandel, and guava. $10

One Night In Bangkok – Dedicated to Lisa, our manager of Watercress Redlands.  Lisa was originally from Thailand.  Made with Captain Morgan Rum, lychee, mango and lime juice.  $11

Oasis Water – A refreshing, balanced, sweet and savory concoction contains Patron Blanco tequila, lime juice, cinnamon and lemongrass syrup. $12

Vietnamese Mule –  Watercress take on the classic Russian Mule.  Made with Hanger 1 Kaffir Lime vodka with infusions of honey, lemongrass and lime juice.  $9

Miss Saigon – A martini with lychee, vodka, dry vermouth and Peychaud’s bitters. $10

Grand Passion –  The Grand Passion is made with vodka, lemon juice, orange juice, and passion fruit.  $9

East Meets West – A favorite drink of Chef Duc Lee. It is a well balanced combination of sweet and tart cocktail with Barnhil gin, Gifford Ginger Liquer, infusion of lemon grass, honey and lime juice.  $12
